Order Tracking

After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email and then an invoice email once payment has cleared. When your parcel is dispatched with one of our couriers we will be able to provide you with a Tracking number and details. This information will normally be sent out to you in an email. Alternatively if you registered on the website your tracking details are visible on your account page.

Once you have registered with CarsRus and placed an order you are able to log into your account by visiting the Customer Account Page and you can easily see your previous and current orders. From here you can view the status of your order and how far along the line it is.

Status updates are as follows

Pending - Payment has not been approved / Completed yet
Processing - Payment has been approved and your order is being prepared for shipping
Complete -  Your order has been Dispatched and is on its way to you, See the above shipping tracking for more details.
