Shipping & Delivery:

As per and Subject to these stated Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the Products as indicated on your Order Confirmation at the time that your order is placed.
At the time your Ordered items are dispatched, we will email you to confirm shipment of your ordered items and we will also include a tracking number for your order.

Delivery time frames in Australia can take up to 10 working days “working days” (does not include Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays), from the date that your payment is received by us, although, depending on delivery destination requirements and location of specific products, the delivery could be as soon as the next working day. CarsRus will make every effort to ensure that all deliveries are dispatched within 2 working days, although very often, many products will be dispatched the same working day. Estimated dispatch times are subject to change and may vary due to changes in supplier circumstances or other circumstances that may be beyond our control.

Products are addressed and delivered to the address submitted and indicated on your Order Confirmation. In a situation where no one is available to sign for and take delivery of your ordered products, Australia Post eParcel courier service will leave a card informing you of their attempted delivery so that you can collect your purchase from your local Post Office. If a delivery is by an alternate courier service such as TNT and nobody is available to sign and take delivery, the courier will leave a card requesting you to call them to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery or collection. Although best efforts are made to deliver in specified time frames, there is no guarantee that the delivery will be made in the stated time and we do not guarantee that the delivery will be made in that time frame.
Ownership of purchased goods transfers to you the buyer upon receipted delivery as does any risk of loss.

Currently CarsRus do not sell internationally through the website. Please use the contact us form if you would like to enquire about International postage.

Transaction Policy:

All transactions on this website are processed in Australian Dollars. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to use our website to place orders. You can-not place orders if you are under eighteen (18) years of age. By using our website, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions and you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18). If losses are incurred by CarsRus that are the result of a minor using this website, CarsRus.com.au may seek compensation from the Parents and or Guardians of the minor that instigated said loss or losses.

Pricing Policy:

All of our displayed prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and do include GST (Goods and services tax). Product prices are regularly monitored and updated and we reserve the right to change or update pricing at any time prior to your order being confirmed. Products displayed on this website do not include shipping/handling charges. If you would like to collect a product from our warehouse, there is no additional handling charges applied. If you require an order to be posted or via a courier, the additional costs associated with freight and handling will be applied in the checkout / shopping cart before payment is required. The charges applied at check associated with postage are made of the following components: Handling costs, weight and size of the product/s and also the destination requirement for delivery.

CarsRus currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, Cash on PickUp and also Cheques. Products paid for with a cheque will not be posted until the cheque has cleared . Tax invoices are sent with all purchases, the tax invoice is attached to the outside of the packaging.

Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.

Customer Service Policy:

CarsRus is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website has the correct pricing. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days, in the unlikely event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you immediately to arrange a refund or advise of an updated supply time if the product is still required.

Refund Policy

Carsrus will refund any undamaged unopened purchase for any reason for up to 21 days. The refund is for the cost of the purchased product/s only and does not cover postage costs.
