Shipping:

Same day dispatch if ordered and paid for before 9:30am. The usual delivery time once your order has been dispatched is around 2-5 business days to most metro areas, but can take up to 14 business days for rural areas. For a more accurate estimate you are best to check the Australia Post website (please refer to link provided).

Rural & Remote Area Shipping and Fees

*There may be additonal postage fees for orders that need to be delivered to rural areas and are not currently serviced by our couriers. If you believe you may live in a rural area as such please call 1300 302 464 to discuss whether or not extra postage fees will apply.

If parts are processed and brought without consultation and you wish to make a cancellation & retain a refund due to extra postage charges, a 15% restocking fee will occur mentioned in our return and cancellation policy.

All of our items are sent using Australia Post eParcel, Australia Post express eParcel. CarsRus are introducing more options utilising fastways independent courier services.

If an attempted delivery is made & the customer is not available in both instances notification will be left for pick up from either the Post Office or the Depot.

Customer is responsible for re dispatch & postage costs associated with non collection of goods.

 

Damaged In Transit:
Please inspect your delivery immediately as it arrives and notify us on the customer service number if there are any problems. If you have received a damaged item, we need to be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We may request photos for evidence so we can assist quickly.

 

Incorrect Item Received:
If you have not received the item that you ordered, please notify us on the customer service number or email within 24 hours. You will be required to provide photos of the item and the bar code on the packaging as well as a vin number for your vehicle so we can verify the claim and rectify. If CarsRus have sent the incorrect item in error CarsRus will pay all postage costs to rectify the problem via an authorised eParcel label. If the item received is due to incorrect selection and the correct item is required, CarsRus will accept the item as a return within 30 days at 100 percent of purchase value providing the item and packaging are in excellent condition. This is for exchange of goods only if a refund is required a 15% re-stocking fee applies. However, the purchaser will be required to pay the postage to return the original item and resend the replacement. Items must be returned or a tracking number supplied before replacements will be sent.

 

Refunds/Returns:
Refunds without exchange can be issued if you are not happy with your purchase. Accepted within 30 days of purchase. Item must be in original packaging & original condition. A 15 percent restocking fee will be retained as well as the initial costs associated with postage & processing.

Cancellation of order will incur a 15% re stocking fee for processing & administration.

Clearance items are sold as is no return or warranty is supplied with these items.

CarsRus do not cover any postage the buyer is responsible for the return postage.

 

Warranty Claims:

The buyer is responsible for all postage costs associated with assessment & replacement of the goods. Proof of professional installation in some cases may be required. All our new items are covered with a 90 day manufacturer's warranty (unless otherwise stated). All our radiators are covered with a 12 month replacement warranty, the warranty covers the replacement of the part only and does not cover any labour, fitting or other expenses. Our liability under no circumstances will exceed the original purchase cost of the item. Items we sell are intended to be fitted by qualified installers and warranty will be void due to improper installation.
