Returns Policy


Pickup from the store is more than welcome please call to insure the availablity of stock.


Same day despatch if ordered and paid for before 9:30am. The usual delivery time once your order has been dispatched is around 2-5 business days to most metro areas, but can take up to 14 business days for rural areas, please be aware that the ebay delivery time calculator is very inaccurate and for a more accurate estimate you are best to check the auspost website. Most of our items are sent using Australia Post eParcel and Australia Post express eParcel and all items are sent with tracking numbers and signature on delivery (unless otherwise stated). 


Damaged In Transit:
Please inspect your delivery immediately as it arrives and notify us on the customer service number if there are any problems. If you have received a damaged item, we need to be notified within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photos for evidence so we can assist quickly.

Incorrect Item Received:
If you have not received the item that you ordered, please notify us on the customer service number or email. You will be required to provide photos of the item and the lables on the packaging as well as a vin number for your vehicle so we can verify the claim and rectify. If CarsRus have sent the incorrect item in error, CarsRus will pay all postage costs to rectify the problem. If the item received is due to incorrect selection and the correct item is required, CarsRus will accept the item as a return within 30 days at 100 percent of purchase value providing the item and packaging are in excellent condition. However, the purchaser will be required to pay the postage to return the original item and resend the replacement. Items must be returned or a tracking number supplied before replacements will be sent.

Refunds without exchange can be issued if you are not happy with your purchase. Accepted within 30 days of purchase must be in original packaging & original condition. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY 15 percent restocking fee minus the initial postage.

CarsRus do not cover any postage the buyer is responsible for the return postage.

Warranty Claims:

The buyer is responsible for all postage costs associated with assessment & replacement of the goods. All our new items are covered with a 90 day manufacturers warranty (unless otherwise stated. All our radiators & electrical components are covered with a 180 day replacement warranty), the warranty covers the replacement of the part only and does not cover any labour, fitting or other expenses. Our liability under no circumstances will exceed the original purchase cost of the item. Items we sell are inteded to be fitted by qualified installers and warranty will be void due to improper installation
